Here’s to one of my favourite weddings of 2024! Morgane & Keir organised a fantastic day, bringing their family & friends together from all across Scotland, France, Mexico & many more.

They were lucky with the weather too, having essentially blue skies all day & a beautiful late summer light in the evening!

The day had its stresses too (a last-minute dash to the local kiltmaker for supplies) but Morgane & Keir took it in their stride and had nothing but smiles for their loved ones throughout it all.

I arrived early to get some extra drone shots of Inglewood, before heading in to meet Keir for some groomsman shots, and then up to bridal prep to capture Morgane with her wedding party.

The ceremony suited Morgane & Keir well, thanks to their celebrant Hazel Sharp, and their guests were treated to the story of how they met, how they’re relationship developed and the touching story of their trip & it’s proposal!

Morgane had made it clear that the Family photo part of the day was an important one to her, so we took our time making sure to enjoy the process as we went and captured the newlyweds with all those who had made the long trip to Scotland to celebrate with them.

After Family photos, we headed out to capture some couple’s portraits.

Thanks to the stunning Ochil’s behind Inglewood (& Morgane and Keir of course!), my job was made easy! Although I’m more than happy to capture a couple’s portrait on any day it’s lovely to have some of the best weather of the year to help!

After a fantastic dinner prepared by Inglewood House, it was time for the cake cutting & first dance.

The cake wasn’t so much a cake in the traditional sense, rather, it was a mountain of Profiteroles from 3D Cakes in Edinburgh. Needless to say, this was a hit with the guests!
