I spent the day shooting with Zoë Brunner, and what a lovely day it was! Lynsey & Robin had put in lots of work to make the space their own, creating an intimate and personal day for all their friends & family.

Bachilton Barn is stunning.

Nestled deep within the Perthshire countryside, Bachilton Barn is a proper country farm with a stunning pond in front of the venue and lots of green space nearby. From a photography perspective this makes it an ideal venue to be working at!

Robin was on hand to greet the guests with drinks in front of the venue, whilst Lynsey & her bridal party finished getting ready.

The ceremony was done exceptionally well, thanks to the work of Hazel Jane, Lynsey & Robin’s chosen celebrant.

After the ceremony, it was back outside to enjoy the sun (with patches of rain, of course!) & a few drinks/canapé’s for the guests.

We got some couple’s portraits & then started to get ready for dinner. Lynsey & Robin had chosen to do a joint speech, which fitted well with the relaxed tone of the day.

Post-dinner means time for the party, and what a party it was! Lynsey & Robin had chosen Tartan Entertainment’s Jonny as their DJ, and he absolutely killed it, managing to get everyone up and dancing throughout the night.
